Due to the economic downturn, the Crater Lake Electrical JATC will be charging for Journeymen upgrade classes. The fee schedule is listed with each class. The first amount is for beneficiaries of the trust, these are members of IBEW Local Union 659 who are registered as Inside Journeymen Wiremen, Residential Wiremen and Limited Energy Technicians. The second amount is for all others.

          Pre-registration and pre-payment will be required for all classes. There will be no refunds for missed classes. Classes noted as members only are for beneficiaries only and there is no charge for these classes, although pre-registration is required.

          State accreditation for each class is listed. If a State is not listed after the class, we cannot guarantee CEU’s for that class. To register for the classes, complete the registration form at the end of this schedule and return it to the Training Center at least one week prior to the scheduled class.

          Roseburg classes will be held at the Roseburg Labor Temple, 742 SE Roberts.

          Klamath Falls classes as noted.

          Training Center classes will be held at 4864 Airway Drive, Central Point.

      The Crater Lake Electrical JATC is certified by the NABCEP to provide this training and to allow those who have taken the training to sit for the NABCEP Entry Level PV Exam.

       This class will be provided during the months of March and April, 2010. Classes will be limited to 15 attendees for each class. If you are interested, please contact the Training Center for further information.

California Certification Exam

     The State of California recently changed providers for the California Certification Exam. The tests are now being given by PSI, and are still available in the Medford area.

      For those of you who already have the California Certification, classes taken at the Crater Lake Electrical JATC Training Center are eligible for your certification renewal in California.

Please Note: California WILL NOT send you a renewal notice. You will need to keep up with the expiration date on your license.
